Renault 6 1976 (Otto Mobile)

Pomysłów na pierwszą prezentację modelu po przerwie było kilka, ale ostatecznie postanowiłem rozpocząć miniaturą z najwyższej półki. Renault 6 w skali 1/18 od Otto Mobile.

Modelik ukazał się we wrześniu 2021 roku, ale do mojej kolekcji dołączył dosyć niespodziewanie raptem kilka tygodni temu. Przeglądając jeden z portali aukcyjnych, natrafiłem na opisywany modelik w bardzo atrakcyjnej cenie. Znając renomę producenta, nie zastanawiałem się długo nad kupnem.

Modelik w kolorze pomarańczowy Andalou robi świetne wrażenie. Idealne proporcje, najwyższy poziom detali. Nie ma niczego do czego możnaby się przyczepić. Zapraszam do oglądania!

There were a few ideas for the first model presentation after the break, but in the end I decided to start with a top-end miniature. A 1/18 Renault 6 by Otto Mobile.

The model was released in September 2021, but it joined my collection rather unexpectedly only a few weeks ago. While browsing one of the auction website, I came across this model in a very reasonable price. Knowing the manufacturer’s reputation, I didn’t think long about buying it.

The model finished in Andalou orange looks fabulous. Ideal body proportions, highest level of detail. There is nothing to fault. Enjoy!

Opel Tigra Twin-Top

After an absence of four years, Opel resurrected the Tigra nameplate in October 2004, for a small convertible roadster based on the 3rd generation Opel Corsa. Tigra was sold in Australia as Holden Tigra, in the UK as Vauxhall Tigra and in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina as Chevrolet Tigra. In Europe, the Tigra was sold with 2 petrol engines: 1.4 TwinPort (90 PS) and 1.8 Ecotec (125 PS). In 2005 a small 1.3 CDTI (70 PS) diesel was added to the range.
Opel Tigra Twin-Top won the Convertible of the Year 2006 award.
Opel stopped manufacturing the Tigra in September 2009. This was due to the poor sales, mainly caused by an expensive price of the car.

Po czteroletniej przerwie, Opel wskrzesił model Tigra w październiku 2004. Auto było małym kabrioletem bazowanym na Oplu Corsie trzeciej generacji. Tigra sprzedawana była w Australii jako Holden Tigra, w UK jako Vauxhall Tigra a w Meksyku, Brazylii i Argentynie jako Chevrolet Tigra. W Europie Tigra oferowana była z dwoma silnikami benzynowymi: 1.4 TwinPort (90 KM) I 1.8 Ecotec (125 KM). W 2005 r. do oferty dodano małego diesela 1.3 CDTi (70 KM).                                                                                        
Opel Tigra Twin-Top otrzymał tytuł Kabrioleta Roku 2006.                                                                         Opel zaprzestał produkcji Tigry we wrzesniu 2009 r. ze względu na niską sprzedaż spowodowaną w głównej mierze wysoką ceną.

Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano "Panamerican"

Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano is a 2 seat gran turismo, produced by Ferrari from 2006, replacing the 575 M Maranello. On August 24th 2006 two Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano began a long journey from Brazil, through 16 different countries to the finish line in New York. The Panamerican 20,000 (that`s the name of the challenge), was divided into 15 stages over 84 days, during which the two cars were driven by 50 different international journalists. 
The cars were each fitted with a special underbody protector made from 4 mm thick duralumin rather than plastic and their suspension set-up was slightly higher to cope with the difficult road conditions. Apart from this, however, they were regular production models powered by a 620 hp V12 engine.

Audi A4 Cabriolet

The Audi A4 B6 was introduced in late 2000 and based on Volkswagen Group B6 (PL46) platform. A4`s design was inspired by the bigger A6. The buyer had a choice of 9 engines, from the basic petrol 1.6 (101 hp), to a high-tech petrol 3.0 V6 30V (217 hp) and diesel 2.5 V6 TDI available in different power variants (153/161/178 hp). The A4 was available in 3 different bodystyles: saloon, estate (debuted mid 2001) and a convertible (debuted in 2002). A high performance S4 version was introduced in 2003 as a saloon and an estate. It used a new 4.2 V8 engine.

Mercedes-Benz C Class T (W204)

Mercedes-Benz C Class (W204), was first introduced in January 2007, with sales starting in March the same year. The car is available as a saloon, an estate, and a coupe. There is a variety of engines available, from four cylinder 1.6 to six cylinder diesels and petrol engines and a 6.2 V8 reserved for the C63 AMG. Thea car has had a facelift in 2011. The new models have engine start-stop system, 7G-tronic gearbox and restyled headlights with LED daytime running lights and LED taillights.
